Refund policy

All sales are final

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or wear.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or the wrong item is received, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@modrena.co.uk with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue and the packaging
  • A short description


After assessment, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund if a repair/replacement isn’t possible.


Return process (if approved)

We’ll provide a return address and instructions. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

For international customers, please mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.


Non-returnable items

  • Earrings and body-contact jewellery (hygiene).
  • Custom or personalised items.
  • Sale or discounted items.


Order changes & cancellations

Orders are prepared quickly; we can’t guarantee changes once placed. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped.
