About
About Modrena
Handmade, one-of-a-kind jewellery.
Earthy materials, grounded craft, ritual finishes. Handmade in London.
Modrena is a small jewellery studio shaping wearable totems, artefacts and relics for everyday life. Each piece is composed by hand in small batches; designs may echo, but no two are identical. Work begins with intention and ends with a quiet ritual finish, so every object carries its own presence.

The Studio
We treat jewellery as a companion; something held close, easy to wear, and steadying to the spirit. Forms are simple, tactile and anchored in symbolism, made to live well with daily rhythm.
Materials & Process
We work with natural materials; woods, stones and crystals, glass, shell and pearl. Pieces are assembled by hand; textures are left with a ritual touch; so the surface tells a story with time.
Intent & Themes
Collections gather around felt ideas: intentions such as Protection, Love, Clarity and Grounding; elemental families of Earth, Air, Fire and Water; the play of Shadow and Light. These aren’t rules, just threads that help you find the piece that resonates.
What We Stand For
One-of-a-kind: Designs may repeat, but no two pieces are identical.
Small scale: Studio-made, not mass-produced.
Honest materials: Earthy, tactile, chosen for feel and symbolism.

Meet the Maker
Modrena was founded by Dilara Gelhasan, a multidisciplinary artist and designer in London. Dilara’s practice sits between earth and ritual; Modrena translates that into everyday pieces; jewellery as a small act of grounding. As a studio we handle everything in-house; from sourcing and forming to finishing, packing and repairs.
