Returns, Exchanges & Faults

  • All sales are final; jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Faulty or wrong item: email hello@modrena.co.uk within 7 days with order number, photos and a short description.
  • Outcome after assessment: repair, replacement, or refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

Earthy materials (wood, stone, glass, brass, shell) with hand-applied ritual finishes; subtle marks and tone shifts are intentional.

Brass and raw metals may patinate naturally; polish lightly if you prefer a brighter finish.
